Learn how to add the trip calendar to your device

What is the trip calendar?

The trip calendar is an iCalendar file that gets automatically updated everytime you or an invitee adds a flight, train or stay block to the plan. This way, you can get alerts and events directly in the calendar on your phone or tablet and get updates automatically.

The events only get automatically updated if you subscribe to the calendar instead of downloading and importing the .ics file

Subscribe on Apple Calendar

iPhone and iPad

1. In the calendar list, Add Calendar > Add Subscription Calendar.

2. Enter the calendar’s web address, which you can find in the Setting tab. Then click Subscribe.

3. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it on your calendar.

4. Choose iCloud from the Location menu, then click OK.

Mac

1. In Calendar, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.

2. Enter the calendar’s web address, which you can find in the Setting tab. Then click Subscribe.

Subscribe on Android and Google Calendar (web)

To subscribe to a calendar and show it on the Google Calendar app, you'll need to subscribe to it through https://calendar.google.com/

1. On the sidebar, click on the + button, on the Other Calendars section.

2. Enter the calendar’s web address, which you can find in the Setting tab. Then click Add Calendar.
